Legal framework for protecting your personal data

The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), (Reglamento General de Protección de Datos -RGPD in Spain) gives control to citizens and residents over their personal data. This privacy policy sets out how TAPAS uses and protects any information that you provide to us by email or any other media or via using our website.

TAPAS is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We assure you that your name and email address held on our database, together with any other personal data you may freely provide to us will be treated confidentially, in accordance with this privacy statement and the law.

You can email us at any time to ask us to remove your contact address and any personal data from our records.

From time to time, TAPAS may update this policy and you should check the policy posted on our website to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Use of photographs taken at TAPAS events.

Unless you state specifically otherwise, you have given implicit permission for TAPAS to use photographs and other media, such as videos in promotional material and publications, including those in which you appear and for which purpose it may be suitable.
