About Costa del Sol Specialist
Costa del Sol Specialist is a network of independent real estate agents operating across different areas of the Costa del Sol. From our head office in Coín, we support our network and ensure the professional and consistent presentation and marketing of the properties offered through our organisation.
Two things are central to our approach: quality and reach. We believe that a successful sale starts with outstanding presentation. That is why we place great emphasis on professional photography, video, floor plans and 360° virtual tours, ensuring that every property is presented as completely and attractively as possible.
The next step is achieving maximum exposure. Through our international property marketing network, our listings are published in more than 40 countries and on over 100 property websites, including, of course, the leading Spanish property portals. This allows us to combine local knowledge and personal service with extensive international reach.
In addition to our wider network, our Coín office specialises in the sale of properties throughout the Guadalhorce Valley and surrounding inland areas, with Coín, Alhaurín el Grande, Guaro, Álora and Pizarra among our key locations.
Costa del Sol Specialist combines local expertise, high-quality property presentation and extensive international exposure.
At T.A.P.A.S. – The Andalucia Performing Arts Society – we believe in the power of community, creativity, and giving back. As a registered non-profit organisation (CIF G92552454), we bring together people of all nationalities through music, art, and movement, while also supporting local charities.
In 2024 alone, our performance choir – with members from 10 different countries – sang at 11 public events, reaching more than 2,500 people. Over the past six years, we've raised and donated more than €25,000 to causes we care about.
We are more than a choir. T.A.P.A.S. runs a variety of social and creative activities, including walking groups, art and dance classes, community fairs, seasonal events, and much more – primarily in the Alhaurín el Grande / Coín area, but also in Fuengirola, Mijas, and La Cala.
